Returns Policy

Samsbeautysupplies.com offers only fine quality merchandise. We believe that you will be completely satisfied with all of your purchases and we want to ensure that you have a satisfactory shopping experience. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will:

  • Replace or exchange the merchandise (you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways)
  • Credit the purchase price to your credit card account (or issue a refund check only if your payment was done by methods other than credit card)

Please note: we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
We want to make your shopping experience as easy and safe as possible. Please contact us with any additional questions or concerns you may have.
Returns are easy; however you must follow the procedure below to ensure a hassle free process:

  1. Ensure that no more than 14 days has passes since receipt of the product
  2. Call our offices to obtain a RAN number (Return Authorization Number)
  3. Ensure that the RAN is clearly marked at a visible spot on the package to be returned
  4. Ensure that your invoice accompanies the product
  5. Mail the package back to us at the address below (you are responsible for all shipping costs)

Please note: invoice MUST be included with return merchandise or your return may be rejected.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be in original packaging. There will be no returns on electrical, used or damaged product. Scissors, furniture and chemical sales are final.
The customer must prepay all shipping of returns. Any applicable customs charges, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the sender and are non-refundable.
